Advanced Paintball Field Manager's user interface is designed to be familiar and comfortable for anyone accustomed to working with a PC. Straight Forward Data Entry
Adding new customers, or any other records, to the database is easy using the forms provided through the user interface. Every data entry form is designed to be easy to understand and easy to navigate for even your newest employees. Also, each form form comes equipped with data validation built right in, allowing you and your employees to instantly identify any data entry issues before you try to save the information to your database.
Customer Relevant Features
See customer information in detail, including contact information, current liability waiver status, player rank (based on a system defined by you), and total number of visits. If a customer's liability waiver is not up to date, you can print a customizable liability waiver for the customer at the click of a button. Plus, the existing customer window allows you to quickly jump to many other areas of Advanced Paintball Field Manager, including documenting equipment sales, recording customer repair orders, making group reservations, editing the customer's contact information, and more! With this system you will be able to immediately recognize your most valuable customers, as well as those players who may not be quite so experienced.
Reservation and Event Tracking
Keeping track of group reservations, birthday parties, field events and personal or business reminders has never been easier. Imagine a graphical, point-and-click user interface complete with monthly and daily reservation statistics, reservation details, group leader contact information, and field rental equipment estimates all in one compact and efficient program! Advanced PFM Calendar gives you exactly that ability, making reservation and group tracking efficient and easy to implement.

Keep Track of Employee Hours

Advanced PFM Time Clock offers exactly that by helping you keep track of your employee hours efficiently, and effectively.
Manage Preventative Maintenance
Advanced Paintball Field Manager allows you to automatically generate Preventative Maintenance Orders (PMOs) for your entire rental equipment inventory based on usage criteria that you specify. Additionally, in the event that a piece of rental or field equipment breaks down unexpectedly, you can manually create a Work Order (WO) for any equipment you have entered into the database. Employees have access to the live WO system and can easily review and complete any open PMOs and WOs listed. Finally, you have the option to review records for every PMO and WO completed at your facility by searching the Completed WO Archives. This feature will help you recognize great employees (and otherwise), track which types of equipment to keep buying and which units need to be replaced, or help you prepare an inventory of frequently used spare parts to have on hand.
Print Detailed Reports & Mail Lists
Advanced Paintball Field Manager features robust yet easy to use database search features, allowing you to mine your data using over 80 different search criteria. Additionally, Advanced Paintball Field Manager comes equipped with the AdvancedPFM Report Center, which is an intuitive and easy to use user interface for finding specific types of data and printing meaningful reports and address labels using the data retrieved. Easily Print Barcode Labels
The AdvancedPFM Barcode Printer gives you the ability to create professional barcode labels using any USB enabled label printing device equipped with its own print driver. AdvancedPFM Barcode Printer is fully integrated with Advanced Paintball Field Manager, allowing you to make custom labels for your customers or field equipment with just a few mouse clicks!
Track Rental Equipment
Always know which customers are currently using your rental equipment by reviewing the Customer Rental Equipment window. This feature allows you to review, by customer, what rental equipment is in whose hands. If at the end of the day a piece of your equipment doesn't make it back to the shelf, you'll know who to ask. Plus, although memory fades and you may forget to check up on that customer the next time he comes in, Advanced Paintball Field Manager never will. As soon as the customer registers for a day of field play, you'll be immediately notified that there is a problem with his or her account, including a quick link to the equipment record in question.
